The absolute WORST car dealership I have ever been to. Deeply regret my business with them and now I’m stuck in a lease. The staff is so rude and unhelpful. THEY DON'T HONOR A WARRANTY. No surprise there are negative reviews, we should have read them before we bought our car. While driving to work the splash guard just fell off, she drove home and the car sat unused until we took it about 2 weeks later for a software update. Sorry to say, I will not recommend this dealership for service. After having purchased six vehicles from them over 22 years and having every vehicle serviced at Huntington Hyundai, they will not replace two rims on my 2019 Santa Fe Ultimate 2.0T that began peeling because of a defect in the preparation of the coating on the rims. The dealer did replace the first two rims when it happened, but they would not replace the remaining two rims when the problem occurred on them. Horrible! They will lie to you and rip you off. They claimed that they check all their used cars thoroughly. I bought a used car and took it to a mechanic within the 48- hour window they gave me to return it if there were problems. We waited 30 days to write this review in order to provide data without conveying emotions. On Nov 5th we brought our car into the Huntington Hyundai service department to have a recurring brake light electric short fixed. They claimed it was not under warranty and that front brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced ($565.95). Also added other charges not requested: cabin filter, coolant service and following month inspection amounts (for a total of $913.85 + tax). Don’t leave anything valuable in your vehicle if you take it here to be serviced! I knew the moment I left the parking lot that I left an item in plain sight and figured it would be there when I went to pick up my vehicle but it was gone. Unethical employees for sure. Would recommend getting your vehicle serviced elsewhere if possible.

Nice car, good dealership with everyone being very helpful. The only problem I have is that the original dealer who sent the car to this dealer lost one key fob causing me inconvenience since it was out of stock and put on back order by the 3rd party who mates it with the car.

Experienced the rare occurrence of enjoying the process of purchasing a new car. The salesman was knowledgeable of the product & was friendly and not overly aggressive. We arrived at a fair deal and he even pointed out that I might be eligible for an additional $500 veteran’s discount, something of which I was unaware and the trade in value of my 2011 Prius was fair. I purchased the car on a Friday afternoon and picked it up on Saturday morning.
